Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND.
All orders will be sent using Royal Mail. The Beauty Lounge will endeavour to despatch orders within 24/48 hrs from the date of receipt of the order, dependant upon our stock availability (excluding Sat/Sun/Bank Hols). In the unlikely event your order is out of stock, we will advise you by email or telephone, and also inform you when to expect the out of stock item(s). Please ensure that your shipping details are correct with the full postal address. The Beauty Lounge WILL NOT be responsible for any orders with incorrect or missing information, should they not reach you.
FREE delivery is available on ALL orders in the UK and Northern Ireland. These will be shipped using Royal Mail parcel post. Please allow between 2-5 days for delivery. Please note that orders over £80 will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and will therefore require a signature upon delivery. Please note the Beauty Lounge cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal sysem as this is beyond our control.
Please note that most of our products will not fit through the standard letter box so please try to use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order.
If no one is present on delivery a calling card will be left. If the items are not collected from the local sorting office within 3 weeks, your order will be returned to us and a redelivery fee will be incurred.
Please note that The Beauty Lounge may split your order into two or more parcels due to Royal Mailʼs insurance policies.
Lost goods or non-delivery of orders
On occasions, orders may get lost and fail to be delivered, which are outside the control of The Beauty Lounge, as we are reliant upon the Royal Mail.
However if you have not received your order within the specified timescale above, and have checked with your local sorting office and the parcel is not there, please notify us by email at email@example.com. We cannot resend the parcel or make a refund until after 15 working days from the date of despatch, as this is the timescale for Royal Mail to confirm the parcel as lost. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT THEREFORE BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND UNTIL AFTER THIS 15 DAY PERIOD.
If the parcel is not found after 15 days, and the Royal Mail confirm the parcel as “lost” then we will resend your order or make a refund.
Should you have any reason to want to return any Dermalogica item, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your product, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of any products you wish to return (for refund or exchange), and the reasons. Once you have received a response by email from us, please return the product to The Beauty Lounge, Well House, Main Street, Wilsden BD15 0JW. Dermalogica Products can now be returned regardless of condition or usage. There may also be a restocking fee of £5 for returns at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer The cost of postage and packaging for returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please return the Dermalogica product in secure packaging by Royal Mail. The Beauty Lounge will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed in the postal system. You must also obtain proof of postage. Upon receipt of the returned goods, an email will be sent to you confirming that a refund has been made to the credit/ debit card used in purchase, or an exchange has been made.
The Beauty Lounge offers our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all Dermalogica goods received faulty or damaged. In this instance we ask you to inform the Beauty Lounge within 14 days of the receipt of your product by email at email@example.com where details will be given for any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
